These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the Foresight EARN affiliate program ("Program") operated by Ojo Network Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Program is administered through PromoteKit.com, a third-party affiliate management platform.
IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTThis Program is EXCLUSIVELY for students with valid .edu email addresses. Non-students are strictly prohibited from participating. Fraudulent applications will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
To participate in the Program, you MUST:
VERIFICATION REQUIREDWe reserve the right to verify your student status at any time. Failure to provide verification within 48 hours of request will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
All applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We may reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to:
Applications are processed through PromoteKit.com. By applying, you agree to PromoteKit's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Affiliate Terms.
Commissions are based on lifetime referrals:
Payments are handled entirely by PromoteKit.com. Available payment methods include Wise, PayPal, or other methods as offered by PromoteKit. You are responsible for any fees charged by payment processors.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXESAs an independent contractor, you are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes. We will issue 1099 forms for US affiliates earning $600+ per year. International affiliates must comply with their local tax laws.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:
You MUST clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines. Example: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link."
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Ojo Network Inc. You have no authority to bind us to any obligation or liability. You are responsible for your own expenses, taxes, and legal compliance.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ojo Network Inc., PromoteKit, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these terms.
OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS.
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time for any reason with written notice.

We reserve the right to clawback (recover) commissions in the following circumstances:
You authorize us to deduct clawback amounts from future payments or invoice you for amounts owed.
You may receive confidential information about our business, including but not limited to conversion rates, customer data, and business strategies. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party. This obligation survives termination of your participation in the Program.

The Program is managed through PromoteKit.com ("PromoteKit"). By participating:
You agree to attempt informal resolution of disputes by contacting help@myforesight.xyz before initiating any formal proceedings.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules in Delaware. You waive any right to a jury trial.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.
We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We may notify you of material changes via email or through PromoteKit.
These Affiliate Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in Delaware courts, subject to the arbitration provisions above.
If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any affiliate at our sole discretion without providing reasons.
We reserve the right to audit your promotional methods and referral sources at any time. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation and documentation upon request. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension of commissions and termination from the Program.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE FORESIGHT EARN PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE AFFILIATE TERMS AND ALL REFERENCED POLICIES.
