By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
IMPORTANT: This Platform is available only to United States citizens and residents who are at least 18 years of age. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our "spare change round-up" feature is an ESTIMATION TOOL ONLY. It does not connect directly to your bank account. The tool provides approximate calculations to help you decide when to invest. The actual amounts may vary, and you are responsible for tracking your own finances.
The Platform integrates with multiple third-party services that may charge fees:
When you purchase Bitcoin through our Platform: (1) MoonPay converts your USD to USDC, (2) the Platform swaps USDC for cbBTC (Coinbase Wrapped Bitcoin) on Aerodrome DEX, (3) cbBTC is sent to your wallet. Each step may involve fees, slippage, and price variations.
We may sponsor blockchain gas fees for certain transactions. This sponsorship does not give us control over your wallet or transactions. You remain in full control of initiating and approving all transactions.
To use certain features, you must pass Know Your Customer (KYC) verification through MoonPay. If you fail KYC verification, you may be unable to purchase cryptocurrency. We must comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and may freeze or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity without notice.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAX OBLIGATIONS
Cryptocurrency transactions may be taxable events. You must track, calculate, report, and pay all applicable taxes. We do not provide tax advice. If required by law, we may report your transaction information to tax authorities. Consult a tax professional for guidance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST FUNDS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ojo Network Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, not in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform at any time without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
The regulatory environment for cryptocurrency is evolving. Changes in laws or regulations may affect the availability or functionality of our services. We may need to restrict access from certain jurisdictions without notice.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Ojo Network Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in Delaware courts, subject to the arbitration provisions above.
